When helping someone from Zakat Fund we do not take it back from him/her (as we do as per One Taka Fund Policy).
We try our best to make someone self dependent by the Zakat Fund rather than buying clothes.
We believe the Great Chinese Proverb "If you give a man a fish, he eats for a day; If you teach a man to fish, he eats for a lifetime."
