আঁখি আক্তার এর Story of Happiness

One Taka Fund এর আরেকটি প্রচেষ্টা ছিল পিঠা বিক্রেতা আঁখি আক্তারকে স্বল্প পুঁজির যোগান দিয়ে তাঁর পিঠা ব্যবসায় গতি এনে দেওয়া।বিধবা আঁখি আক্তার এর এক ছেলে আর এক মেয়ে , দুইজনই ছোট।স্বামী মারা যাবার পর আঁখি কেই পরিবারের হাল ধরতে হয়েছে ছেলে মেয়ে নিয়ে বেঁচে থাকার সংগ্রামে টিকে থাকার জন্য। 

আমরা তাঁর ব্যাপারে জানতে পেরেছি শীতকালে ভাপা/চিতই পিঠা খেতে গিয়ে।শীত শেষ হলে ভাপা পিঠা বিক্রি বন্ধ হয়ে যাবে তখন কি করবেন জিগ্যেস করতেই তিনি জানালেন কিছু টাকা ধার নিয়ে ছোট্ট একটা টং দোকান ভাড়া নিয়ে তেলের পিঠা,অন্য কোন পিঠা, পুরি বিক্রি করবেন।

One Taka Fund এখানেও সফল হয়েছে কারন শীতকালে কেবল ভাপা/চিতই পিঠা বানানোই যার কাজের পরিধি ছিল, বর্তমানে সে হরেক রকম পিঠার সংযোজন করেছে তাঁর দোকানে। যখন আপনার ব্যবসায়ের প্রোডাক্ট লাইন বাড়বে তখন আপনার সামগ্রিক আয়ও বেড়ে যাবে। আর One Taka Fund স্বল্প মূলধন দিয়ে পরিশ্রমী নারী আঁখিকে এই উপকার টুকুই করতে চেয়েছিল।সেও অন্যান্যদের মতো তাঁর ঋণ পরিশোধ করে যাচ্ছে সুদবিহীন ভাবে। আর তাঁর শোধ করা টাকা দিয়ে আমরা তৈরি করবো অন্য কোন অসহায় পরিশ্রমীর Story of Happiness.
